founder circle
UPstream founder circle
Pre-announcement: the Upstream Founder circle. A focused group of 8–10 founders who come together around key themes to sharpen decision-making, spot recurring patterns, and continue growing both personally and professionally as their companies scale.
What the Founder Circle looks like:
- Pre-session check-ins: a moment to reflect on where you are and what’s truly happening in your world right now.
- A central theme each session: topics include leadership and your role as a founder, maintaining energy and motivation, navigating difficult decisions, and staying resilient throughout the growth journey.
- Guest contributors: seasoned entrepreneurs who have firsthand experience with scaling businesses.
- Real-case discussions: sessions are shaped around actual challenges from within the group, creating meaningful peer exchange with founders who genuinely understand your situation.
- Ongoing support where needed: through insights, resources, or personal follow-ups—with access to professionals if helpful—supporting your development not only as a founder, but as an individual.
More information will be shared during Upstream. If this speaks to you, we encourage you to express your interest early. Availability is limited, and we’re carefully selecting participants to build a strong, intentional group.

For founders - by founders
Designed for founders who have already gone through significant growth in the early stages of their business and are now intentionally creating space to pause, reflect, and think ahead, while their company continues to expand.
You won’t be doing that in isolation. The Founder Circle sessions center on the issues that truly move the needle. Each gathering delivers practical insights, clearer direction, and tangible actions you can put into practice right away.
It acts as a powerful moment of self-reflection: helping you become more aware of what’s happening within yourself and your business, so you can make conscious, well-considered decisions instead of defaulting to constant forward motion.
So that, especially in critical moments, you show up with greater clarity, resilience, and confidence in your role as a founder.
